# Troubleshooting

> Fix common Claimr MCP errors: sign-in problems, missing organizations or campaigns, and access errors.

## "MCP access is not enabled for this organization yet"

Your organization is still on the MCP waitlist. Contact [support@claimr.io](mailto:support@claimr.io) to request access. Once it's turned on, connections authorized for **All organizations** start working for it right away. For a connection limited to specific organizations, add the organization from your profile. See [Manage connections](/mcp/manage-connections).

## The consent screen shows no organizations

* **"You don't belong to any organization yet."** Ask an organization admin to invite you to their team.
* **"None of your organizations have MCP access yet."** Your organizations are on the waitlist. Contact support to request access.

## A campaign or organization is missing

The assistant only sees what the connection was authorized for. If a campaign is missing:

1. Check that your role can open the campaign in the admin panel.
2. Open **My MCP connections** in your profile and check the connection's organizations and campaigns. Add the missing ones. See [Manage connections](/mcp/manage-connections).

A connection authorized for **Specific campaigns** doesn't pick up campaigns created later, including campaigns the assistant creates itself. Add new campaigns to the connection from your profile. Connections authorized for **All campaigns** include new campaigns automatically.

## "Access denied"

Your team role doesn't allow this action in this organization or campaign. Ask an organization admin to change your role. See [Team roles and management](/team-roles-and-management).

## "This MCP connection is not authorized for this campaign"

The campaign isn't one of the campaigns chosen for this connection. Edit the connection from your profile and add the campaign.

## "This MCP connection has no write access to Quests"

The connection has **Limited access** and doesn't include this area or level. The message names the area, for example **Quests**, **Rewards**, or **Customization**. Edit the connection from your profile and turn on the permission you need.

<Note>
  If an organization admin removed the permission from the organization's **API** page, it was removed on purpose. Check with them before adding it back.
</Note>

## The assistant asks you to sign in again

This happens when:

* The connection was revoked from your profile or by an organization admin.
* The connection wasn't used for 90 days.
* Your assistant lost its saved sign-in.

Reconnect and authorize again. See [Authorize a connection](/mcp/authorize-a-connection).

## "This authorization request expired"

The sign-in page stayed open for more than 10 minutes between signing in and clicking **Authorize**. Start the connection again from your assistant.

## Sign-in fails

* Use the same email and password, or the same Google account, you use for the Claimr admin panel.
* If you forgot your password, reset it first. See [Reset password](/getting-started/reset-password).

## The assistant says a task has issues

Claimr saved the task but couldn't verify part of its settings, for example an X account that doesn't exist. Ask the assistant to show the issues, fix the settings, and update the task.

## Still stuck

Email [support@claimr.io](mailto:support@claimr.io) with the name of your AI assistant, the organization and campaign, and the exact error message.
