# claimr widget integrations

The claimr widget integrates with various third-party marketing and analytics platforms to enhance functionality and provide insights into user behavior. These integrations allow you to connect your claimr campaigns with the tools you already use, extending the power of both.

Since the claimr widget runs in its own separate area (an iframe), you'll need to take a few extra steps to connect it with other tools. This makes sure data is shared correctly.

To see details about our integrations and for step-by-step instructions, please read the dedicated articles below.

### **Troubleshooting**

If you encounter problems, start with these troubleshooting steps. These common fixes can resolve many integration issues.

* **Double-check ID:** Verify that you have correctly entered any platform-specific IDs (like GA4 Measurement ID, Hotjar Site ID, etc.). A simple typo can prevent the integration from working.
* **Clear your cache:** Clear your browser cache and any server-side caching. Outdated cached files can sometimes interfere with the integration process.
* **Iframe restrictions:** Some browser settings or security configurations might interfere with iframe communication. If you're having trouble, try testing in a different browser or adjusting your browser's security settings.
* **Contact claimr support:** Reach out for assistance if you've tried these steps and are still experiencing issues. The claimr support team can provide tailored guidance.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.claimr.io/widget/claimr-widget-integrations.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
