You can review AI assistant connections in two places: your own connections in your profile, and every connection that reaches an organization on the organization’s API page.

Open your profile

In the Claimr admin panel, open your profile.

Find your connections

The My MCP connections section lists each assistant you connected. Each entry shows the assistant’s name, the organizations and campaigns it can reach, its permissions, and when it was last used.

Edit or revoke

  • Click the edit icon to change the organizations, campaigns, and permissions of that connection. You can pick anything your role allows.
  • Click the delete icon to revoke the connection. This disconnects the assistant from every organization it reaches.
The My MCP connections section only appears once you have at least one connection.

Connections to your organization

Organization admins can see every AI assistant connection that reaches the organization, including connections made by other team members.

Open the API page

In the Claimr admin panel, open your organization and go to API.

Review connections

The MCP connections section lists each connection with:
  • Connected by: the team member who authorized it.
  • AI assistant: the assistant’s name, for example Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Organizations: whether it reaches all of that member’s organizations or only this one.
  • Campaigns: all campaigns or the specific ones it can reach.
  • Permissions: the areas it can read or write.
  • Connected and Last used: when it was authorized and last made a request.

Limit or revoke

  • Click the edit icon to take permissions away from a connection. Admins can only remove access here, never add it.
  • Click the delete icon to revoke the connection.
A connection can reach more than one organization. Access you take away here, and revoking it, applies to the whole connection, including other organizations it reaches.
Viewing this section needs read access to the organization’s API settings. Editing or revoking needs write access.

When to revoke a connection

Revoke a connection when:
  • You no longer use that assistant with Claimr.
  • A team member who authorized it leaves your team.
  • You see a connection you don’t recognize, or one that was used when you didn’t expect it.
After you revoke a connection, the assistant gets an error on its next request. To use it again, reconnect and authorize it from scratch.
